Only 30 minutes from the Gold Coast, one hour from Brisbane and 5 min from Binna Burra, The Lamington Plateau boasts outstanding views in every direction. Rosin’s Lookout is a popular place for hanggliders and paragliders. The Binna Burra section of world-heritage listed Lamington National Park covers over 160km of graded walking tracks and is home to the majestic Antarctic Beech, pademelons and Albert’s lyrebird.
Cedarview is ideally situated for bushwalkers, birdwatchers, photographers, and those looking for an escape from city life.
Ken and Karen look forward to welcoming you to Cedarview Bed and Breakfast, and having the opportunity to share their lovely property with you. Ken is a keen bird-watcher and photographer, and can often be found in the natural habitat aviaries that are located through the gardens at Cedarview. Karen enjoys hand-crafts and spending time in the garden growing her own produce.
Both Ken and Karen can often be found moving about the property, feeding animals, gardening and enjoying their backyard, they are always respectful of guests privacy. Having lived and worked on Beechmont for the last 32 years, they are happy to recommend our favourite walks, drives, eateries and places for relaxing and birdwatching.
