All 181 lots in the popular Queensland Cedar View community have now been released to market – and just 26 remain available for purchase.

Cedar View is on the Brisbane edge of the large Western Corridor growth centre, that the State Government has designated to accommodate 180,000 new residents over 20 years.

Owner-occupiers and investors like its close proximity to Brisbane. The capital CBD is 35 minutes away while Ipswich, which is the commercial hub of the western corridor, is 15 minutes away.

Like all Devine communities, it is also close to local retail, recreation and educational facilities.

Civil works and landscaping are now well advanced on all stages, with staggered completion of stages 1,4,5, and 6 expected by March 2008.

Housing construction is due to start in March.
